摘　　要：【目的】了解杨浦区人群弓形虫感染情况及其危险因素,为制定科学的防治措施提供依据。【方法】随机抽取上海市杨浦区定海、江浦、控江3个社区的1 500名健康人群为调查对象,采用ELISA法检测人群抗弓形虫IgG抗体,并开展问卷调查。【结果】共检测1 500份健康人群血清,弓形虫IgG抗体阳性率为7.00%。不同地区、性别、年龄、文化程度间IgG抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2地区=27.83、χ2性别=4.46、χ2年龄=9.71、χ2文化程度=11.47,均P<0.05)。知晓弓形虫传播途径为保护因素,猫狗接触史为危险因素。【结论】上海市杨浦区人群弓形虫抗体阳性率处于较低状态,应在做好重点人群的宣传教育工作的同时,也要做好小区流浪猫狗的驱逐工作。[Objective]To investigate the prevalence of Toxoplasma gondii infection and its risk factors among population in Yangpu,so as to provide the evidence for developing effective prevention and control measures.[Methods]A total of 1 500 cases in Yangpu were chosen as respondents.Blood samples were taken and questionnaires made to investigate every case.The antibodies to T.gondii were detected by using ELISA.[Results]A total of 1 500 cases were investigated,and the positive rate was 7.00%.The positive rate between/among the different prefectures,genders,ages,and education levels were significantly different(χ2=27.83、4.46、9.71、11.47,respectively,all P<0.05).Knowledge of the transmission route of Toxoplasma gondii was a protective factor,and contacting with cat or dog was a risk factor.[Conclusion]The prevalence of T.gondii infection among population in Yangpu is low.When we enhance the health education on the knowledge and information of prevention and control of toxoplasmosis,we should do well as to expel stray dogs and cats from the community.
