摘　　要：通过测定不同羽绒制品的热阻值,探讨其内部填充物的种类、含绒率和充绒量对羽绒制品保暖性能的影响。试验结果表明:羽绒制品的保暖性能随着充绒量、含绒率的增加而增加,鹅绒比鸭绒的保暖性能好,其中充绒量对保暖性能影响较大。综合保暖性和价格两方面因素,以充绒量250 g/m2、含绒率70%的鸭绒作为羽绒制品的填充物为最佳。By testing thermal resistance of different down products,the paper discussed the influences of down type,down content rate and the filling volume on heat retention property of down products.Experimental results showed that the heat retention of down products improves with the increase of down filling volume and the down content rate and goose down performs better than eiderdown in heat retention.Among the three factors,the filling volume affects most the heat retention property.Considering both the heat retention and the price,the eiderdown with a filling volume of 250g/m2 and down content rate of 70%is the best choice as filler for down products.
