摘　　要：对比了硅酸钙绝热材料的两种制备方法,即一次静态水热合成法和动态水热合成法;综述了利用固体废物制备硅酸钙绝热材料的现状;分析了反应前固体废弃物的处理方法、水固比、外加剂类型、反应温度和时间、纤维掺入量、粗细和长短、成型和干燥工艺、体积密度等对硅酸钙绝热材料性能的影响。由此提出一个新的研究领域,即以电石泥渣为钙质原料,采用一次静态水热合成法,制备硅酸钙绝热材料。Two kinds of preparation methods of calcium silicate materials by one-step static hydrothermal synthesis and dynamic hydrothermal synthesis were compared;The present status of preparation of calcium silicate thermal insulation materials by solid waste was reviewed;The influence of water solid ratio,admixture,temperature,time,fiber,forming and drying technology on the properties of calcium silicate insulation materials was analyzed.On the basis of above,the preparation process of calcium silicate insulation materials by using calcium carbide slag as calcium resource was proposed.
