摘  要:为了明晰热氨进口流速及其突增加速度、冷液氨剩余填充量关键因素对热氨融霜液击形成过程的影响,设计了热氨进口流速及其突增加速度、冷液氨剩余填充量在线实时监测与控制系统,构建了热氨进口流速及其突增加速度、冷液氨剩余填充量、液击压力和液位在线检测数据实时同步采集与显示系统。基于测试系统建立了回气总管热氨冲霜液击形成机理的实验平台,并开展了热氨融霜高温热氨与深冷液氨多相流动液击形成机制的实验研究。实验研究表明:回气总管热氨进口速度突变会导致明显的液击现象,热氨进口流速自动控制系统的过调纠偏导致的电动流量控制阀开启趋势的突变也会导致明显的液击,通过热氨进口流速自动控制难以消除回气总管的液击现象。The on-line real time monitoring and control system was designed so as to clarify influences of the key factors(such as hot ammonia inlet flow rate,its sudden increase acceleration and the residual filling volume fraction amount of cryogenic liquid ammonia in the gas return manifold)on the formatting process of liquid hammer.The real time synchronization acquisition and display system of on-line detection data was constructed for the inlet flow rate,its sudden increase acceleration,the residual filling volume fraction amount of cryogenic liquid ammonia,the pressure of liquid hammer and the liquid level.Based on the above test system,the experimental platform of the liquid hammer formatting mechanism in the hot ammonia defrosting process of the gas return manifold was established,and the experimental study on the liquid hammer formatting mechanism of high temperature ammonia and cryogenic ammonia multiphase flow in hot ammonia defrosting process was carried out.The experimental results show that the sudden change of the hot ammonia inlet velocity in the gas return manifold will lead to the obvious liquid hammer phenomenon.The abrupt change of the electric flow control valve opening trend induced by the automatic control system rectifying deviation for hot ammonia inlet flow overregulation will also lead to obvious liquid hammer phenomenon.It is difficult to eliminate the liquid hammer phenomenon of gas return manifold by mean of automatic control of the hot ammonia inlet flow rate.
