摘  要:为了提高地铁站突发事件应急响应效率,降低班组成员人因失误概率,本文提出人因失误分析技术(ATHEANA)的改进方法用以识别分析地铁应急响应人因失误。将Reason的不安全行为模型与人因故障树模型引入ATHEANA方法,结合地铁站各类突发事件应急流程,提出改进方法。以某地铁站限流处置失败事件为例,运用改进方法,结合系统条件和绩效因子识别并分析人误原因,提出减少人误的对策,同时验证了该改进方法的有效性。该改进方法对减少人因失误,提高应急效率,保障地铁安全运营具有重要意义。In order to improve the efficiency of emergency response in subway stations and reduce the probability of human errors,an improved human factor analysis of emergency response under subway emergency is established based on A Technique for Human Error Analysis(ATHEANA).ATHEANA combined with the Reason’s unsafe behavior model and the human factor tree model is improved for analysis of human response to Human Factors Error(HFE)according to the emergency procedures of all kinds of emergencies and the actual situation of the subway station.Finally,the current limit processing failure of one subway station is taken as an example,in which the improved method is used and the human errors are analyzed based on the system conditions and performance shaping factors(PSF).Meanwhile the corresponding measures are proposed and the effectiveness of improved method is also verified.It is of great significance to avoid the human error,improve emergency response efficiency and safeguard safety operation of subway.
