摘  要:对哈尔滨北方森林动物园的67枚人工孵化的东方白鹳卵的各种指数进行了测量,结果表明:东方白鹳鲜卵重为(113.29±11.79)g,长径(74.18±3.83)mm,短径(53.36±3.17)mm,卵形指数为1.39±0.06,鲜卵重与长短径关系的拟合方程为W=5.00×10^(-4)LB^2(R=0.992);鲜卵重与出雏重拟合方程为:y=10.721+0.674x(R=0.872);通过单因素方差分析,鲜卵重对受精率影响显著(F=46.946,P=0.000<0.05),对健雏率影响亦显著(F=40.20,P=0.000);卵形指数对健雏率(F=8.915,P=0.006)及受精率(F=13.078,P=0.002)有显著影响;卵重随孵化天数变化的回归方程为y=127.9-0.52x(R=0.998);失重率对健雏率有显著影响(F=9.687,P=0.004),对受精率无显著影响(F=2.813,P=0.101)。We measured 67 eggs of oriental white stork at Harbin Northern Forest Zoo.The fresh egg weight was 113.29±11.79 g,egg length(major axis)was 74.18±3.83 mm,egg width(minor axis)was 53.36±3.17 mm and egg shape index was 1.39±0.06.The fitted equation of fresh egg weight and egg length and width was W=5.00×10-4 LB 2(R=0.992),the fitted equation of fresh egg weight and hatchling weight was y=10.721+0.674 x(R=0.872).Fresh egg weight significantly influenced insemination rate of the eggs(one-way ANOVA,F=46.946,P=0.000<0.05)and health rate of nestlings(F=40.20,P=0.000).Egg shape index significantly influenced health rate(F=8.915,P=0.006)and insemination rate(F=13.078,P=0.002).The equation of egg weight changes and incubation days was deduced as y=127.9-0.52x(R=0.998).The weight loss ratio of eggs significantly influenced health rate(F=9.687,P=0.004)but not insemination rate(F=2.813,P=0.101).
