摘 要:三电平虚拟空间矢量脉宽调制(VSVPWM)算法在空间矢量图的某些区域会产生窄脉冲,窄脉冲会增大开关器件的开关损耗和输出波形的谐波。首先从理论上分析三电平VSVPWM算法的窄脉冲分布区域,在此基础上提出一种窄脉冲抑制算法,在窄脉冲出现的区域,根据开关矢量分配基本原则,对开关矢量的作用时序和分段进行优化调整,在不影响空间矢量合成的前提下避免了绝大部分的窄脉冲,仿真和实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。Three-level VSVPWM algorithm will produce narrow pulse in certain region of the space vector diagram.Switching loss and harmonics will increase when narrow pulse appears.Firstly,the distribution region about narrow pulse of three-level VSVPWM algorithm is analyzed theoretically.Then,a narrow pulse suppression algorithm is proposed.In the region where narrow pulse appears,the sequence and the segment of switching vector are optimized and adjusted according to the basic allocation principle of switching vector.Most of the narrow pulses are avoided without affecting the synthesis of space vector.Simulation and experimental results verify theoretical analysis.
