摘 要:采用表面活性剂PEG-2000辅助溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同含量锶掺杂纳米La_(1-x)Sr_xMnO_3锌-空气电池催化剂。通过TG-DSC、XRD、FTIR、TEM和极化曲线等方法研究了催化剂La_(1-x)Sr_xMnO_3的结构和电催化性能。结果表明:所制备的La1-xS rxMnO_3为钙钛矿结构,其晶体成型温度在450℃左右、晶粒尺寸处于纳米级别。以La_(1-x)Sr_xMnO_3为催化剂制备空气电极的极化曲线特征表明:La_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)MnO_3的电催化性能最好,当极化电压为-600mV(vs.Hg/Hg O)时,氧还原反应极化电流密度可达0.235 A/cm^2,而相同条件下制备的不含锶纳米La MnO3催化剂氧还原反应极化电流密度仅为0.165 A/cm^2,电催化活性显著提升。Nano-La1-xSrxMnO3 catalysts with different doping amounts of Sr for the zinc-air batteries were prepared by surfactant(PEG-2000)assisted sol-gel method.The structure and electrochemical performance of catalysts were characterized by TG-DSC,XRD,FTIR,TEM and polarization curves.The results show that the nano-La1-xSrxMnO3 catalysts is perovskite-type structure,the crystal forming temperature is about 450℃,and the grain size is in the nanometer level.The polarization characteristic test of air electrodes with the La1-xSrxMnO3 catalysts was investi-gated.The test results show that the best electrocatalytic activity is achieved when the composition is fixed at La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 with output current density of 0.235 A/cm2 at the electrode potential of-600 mV(vs.Hg/HgO),the output current density of LaMnO3 without doping of Sr is only 0.165 A/cm2 under the same conditions,and the elec-trocatalytic activity is tremendously increased.
