摘 要:科学的能量管理策略不仅可以保护储能装置,减少储能配置的容量,还能够更好实现平滑风功率波动和准确预报。首先,提出基于预报功率修正的储能荷电状态(SOC)预测,设计基于SOC和最大功率约束混合储能功率分配策略;接着设计了储能健康状态检测及基于模型的开路电压法与安时法结合的荷电状态校准策略,预防过充过放的能量管理方法;最后,引进风电场应用案例,验证了所提出的能量管理应用的有效性。The scientific energy management strategy can be used not only to protect the energy storage device and reduce the storage capacity,but also to smooth the wind power fluctuations and improve forecast accuracy well.Firstly,based on the forecasting of power correction strategy,SOC(state of charge)estimation was proposed.Further more,hybrid storage power allocation scheme was devised on the basis of SOC and the maximum power constraints.Secondly,SOH(state of health)judgment was designed and prediction and correction scheme integrated with model-based open circuit voltage and ampere-hour method was designed,energy management method of preventing overcharge and over-discharge was done.Finally,wind power application case was introduced and the effectiveness of energy management application was verified.
