摘  要:无角间性综合征(PIS)是指在山羊中发现的随着无角山羊的增多而间性山羊也随之增多的现象。山羊的无角性状是常染色体显性性状,间性性状是常染色体隐性性状,而且两种性状是连锁的,受到同一区域(PIS区)的调控,故PIS区完全缺失会导致无角和间性性状同时出现;PIS区位于山羊1q43,是一个转录调控区,对FOXL2、PISRT1以及PFOXic等基因转录起调控作用。文章从无角间性山羊的形态学、解剖学特征、核型分析、PIS区域结构与功能以及检测等方面进行阐述,并综述筛选PIS山羊的方法,以期促进养羊业的发展。Polled Intersex Syndrome(PIS)is a phenomenon found in goats that with the increase of hornless goats,the number of intersexual goats also increases.The hornless trait of goats is autosomal dominant character and intersex trait is autosomal recessive character.Moreover,these two traits are linked and regulated by the same region(PIS region),thus,the complete deletion of PIS will lead to the occurrence of both hornless and intersex traits.The existing researches have found that the PIS region is located at 1q43 in goat,which is a transcriptional regulatory region which regulates genetic transcription such as FOXL2,PISRT1 and PFOXic.This paper summarized the study of morphological and anatomical characteristics of goat,karyotype analysis of intersex goat,structure and function of PIS region,detection and prevention of polled intersex syndrome(PIS),the methods of selecting PIS goats,aiming to promote the development of sheep industry.
