摘 要:试验旨在研究益生菌对高海拔缺氧条件下肉鸡生产性能、肠道消化酶活性和肠道形态的影响。270只1日龄健康AA肉仔鸡随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,抗生素组在基础日粮中添加金霉素(添加剂量为50mg/kg日粮),益生菌组在基础日粮中添加益生菌(添加剂量为109 CFU/kg日粮)。结果表明,益生菌和抗生素对肉鸡生长前期(1~21日龄)生产性能没有显著影响(P>0.05),但日粮添加益生菌和抗生素显著提高肉鸡42日龄体重和降低生长后期(22~42日龄)的饲料转化率FCR(P<0.05)。相比于对照组和抗生素组,添加益生菌显著提高21和42日龄肉鸡十二指肠绒毛长度和绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值,并显著提高42日龄肉鸡肠道中淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,益生菌可以提高高海拔缺氧条件下肉鸡肠道中的消化酶活性和改善肠道形态。This study was designed to determine the effects of probiotics on production performance and digestive enzyme activity of broilers.270 1-d-old healthy broilers were randomly allocated into 3 experimental treatments on the basis of body weight(BW)for 6-wk trial.Each treatment had 6 replicates with 15 broilers.The dietary treatments included:the basal diet(control);the basal diets supplemented with an antibiotic(50 mg of aureomycin/kg of diet);Lactobacillus plantarum JM113(10 9 CFU/kg of diet).Results showed there was no significant difference in production performance of broilers during 1 to 21 d among different dietary treatments(P>0.05).In comparison with the control group,probiotics and antibiotics supplementation improved feed conversion rate(FCR)during 22 to 42 d(P<0.05).The body weight(BW)of 42-d-old broilers was significantly higher in the probiotics and antibiotic groups compared with the control group,but the FCR in later growing phase(22~42 d)was decreased(P<0.05).Moreover,compared with the control group and antibiotics group,the duodenal villus height and villus height were significantly increased for broilers fed probiotics,so was crypt depth ratio in day 21 and 42,and amylase activities and lipase in day 42 were also improved(P<0.05).In conclusion,these results demonstrated that probiotics could elevate the activities of digestive enzymes,improve intestinal morphology in broilers reared in high altitude under hypoxic environment.
