人口老龄化加速背景下贵州省养老产业的破局与发展

摘　　要：近年来,随着我国经济社会的不断发展,人口老龄化现象不断加剧,贵州省乃至全国都不同程度受到人口老龄化所带来的影响。在人口老龄化现象不断加剧的同时,传统的健康老龄化理论受到了较为强烈的质疑,以积极老龄化理论为代表的新兴理论逐渐兴起并逐渐被世界各国接受和运用。积极老龄化理论在我国的实践,对我国传统养老模式构成了较为剧烈的冲击,已不能满足社会经济发展的需求。在党的十九大报告中,习近平总书记强调,在中国特色社会主义新时代,"人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾"已经成为我国社会的主要矛盾,因此,如何发展趋于落后的传统低端养老模式,满足新时代条件下,我国老龄人口对养老行业的需求成为了当前社会关注的热点问题。In recent years,with our economic and social development,the aging population keeps intensifying,which affected Guizhou Province or even the whole in different degrees.At the same time,emerging aging theory represented by active aging theory is gradually accepted and applied into practice by countries around the world,at the expense of strongly suspecting the traditional theory of healthy ageing.The practice of active aging theory in our country poses a more severe impact on our traditional aging-care model that can no longer meets the demands of economic and social development.In the report of Party's Nineteenth Congress,General Secretary Xin Jinping emphasized that in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,"the contradictions between people's demand for a better life and the unbalanced and uneven development"has become the major contradictions in our society.Therefore,under the condition of new era,how to improve the traditional low-level old-age care model and meet the pension demands has become a hot issue of current social concern.
