摘　　要：目的探讨原位再生医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)联合负压封闭引流技术(VSD)治疗4期压疮的疗效,以研究最佳的压疮治疗方法。方法选择我院普外科于2016年1月~2017年6月治疗的70例4期压疮患者为研究对象,根据入院日期采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。两组患者压疮均给予常规治疗护理方法,在此基础上对照组患者单纯采用MEBT/MEBO的方法,观察组患者采用MEBT/MEBO联合VSD治疗的方法,对比两组压疮的治疗效果。结果创面处理后第90天两组压疮创面均有新鲜肉芽组织覆盖,观察组中的32例肉芽组织形成覆盖率达到(+++)91.43%(32/35),明显优于对照组的74.29%(26/35),两组患者肉芽组织生长覆盖率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用原位再生医疗技术联合VSD治疗4期压疮,可缩短疗程,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of situ regenerative medical technology(moist exposed burn therapy/moist exposed burn ointment,MEBT/MEBO)combined with vacuum sealing drainag(VSD)in the treatment of 4 stage pressure sore,in order to study the best method of pressure sore treatment.Methods 70 cases of 4 stage pressure sore patients who were treated in the department of general surgery of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Jiangbin Hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35)according to the date of admission using digital random method.The patients of two groups with pressure sore were given routine treatment and nursing.On this basis,the patients in the control group were treated with MEBT/MEBO alone.The patients in the observation group were treated with MEBT/MEBO combined with VSD,and the effect of the two groups of pressure sore were compared.Results Ninetieth days after the wound treatment,two groups of pressure sore wounds were covered with fresh granulation tissue,32 cases of granulation tissue in the observation group reached(+++)91.4%(32/35),significantly better than that of control group which was 74.3%(26/35),P<0.05.Conclusion The application of situ regenerative medical technology combined with VSD in the treatment of 4 stage pressure sore can shorten the course of treatment and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
