摘　　要：目的研究喜炎平注射液对乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)检测(乳酸底物法)的干扰作用。方法严格按照临床实验室标准化委员会推荐的EP7-A2干扰实验程序,通过干扰筛选和剂量效应实验,研究喜炎平注射液对LDH检测(乳酸底物法)是否存在干扰,明确对LDH检测(乳酸底物法)产生干扰的最低稀释倍数(药物浓度)。结果喜炎平注射液对LDH检测(乳酸底物法)产生正向干扰(|dobs|>dc),其干扰率按稀释倍数由低到高分别为19.8%,14.7%,9.4%,5.7%,2.1%,0.77%。结论喜炎平注射液对乳酸脱氢酶检测(乳酸底物法)最低干扰稀释倍数为1:133(含穿心莲内酯磺化物0.188mg/mL)。Objective To investigate the interference effect of Xiyanping injection on lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)detection(lactic acid substrate method).Methods Strictly according to the recommended EP7-A2 interference experiment method published in Clinical and Laboratory Standards Committee(CLSI),and by interference analysis and dosage effect experiments,the interference of the Xiyanping injection on LDH test(lactic acid substrate method)was studied,and the minimum dilution multiple(drug concentration)for the interference of LDH detection(lactic acid substrate method)was determined.Results Xiyanping injection has positive interference on LDH(|dobs|>dc),the disturbance rate according to the diluted times from low to high was 19.8%,14.7%,9.4%,5.7%,2.1%,0.77%.Conclusion Xiyanping injection has in vitro interference on LDH and the minimum interference dilution multiple is 1:133(the concentration of andrographolide sulfonated is 0.188mg/ml).
