摘  要:目的探讨弹性纤维成像技术联合超声造影对甲状腺肿块的诊断价值。方法选择2014年6月~2017年6月间在我院诊治的甲状腺结节性疾病患者53例作为观察对象,所有患者均进行超声造影、弹性纤维成像技术及二者联合进行检查,以病理诊断结果为标准,对比三种诊断方式的准确度、灵敏度、特异度、阴性预测值及阳性预测值。结果联合诊断与超声造影、弹性纤维成像单项诊断比较,在准确度(94.74%)、灵敏度(95.56%)、特异度(93.55%)、阴性预测值(93.55%)及阳性预测值(95.56%)方面均高于单项诊断,但仅准确度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论弹性纤维成像技术联合超声造影在甲状腺肿块的良恶鉴别诊断中可提高诊断准确率。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of elastic fiber imaging combined contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the diagnosis of goiter masses.Methods Fifty-three patients with thyroid nodular disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected as the observation objects.All patients underwent contrast-enhanced ultrasonography,elastic fiber imaging and a combination of the two to perform pathological diagnosis.The results were standardized and the accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,negative predictive value and positive predictive value of the three diagnostic methods were compared.Results Compared with single diagnosis of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and elastic fiber imaging,the combined diagnosis accuracy(94.74%),sensitivity(95.56%),specificity(93.55%),negative predictive value(93.55%)and positive predictive value(95.56%).All of them were higher than single diagnosis,but only the difference in accuracy was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Elastic fiber imaging combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasonography can improve the diagnostic accuracy in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid masses.
