摘  要:目的探讨螺旋CT三维成像在颌面部复杂骨折中的临床应用价值。方法选择2015年1月~2017年12月本院收治的复杂颌面部骨折患者150例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各75例。对照组行常规CT扫描,观察组实施螺旋CT三维成像技术,比较两组诊断率,及两组检查耗时及检查后放射科停留时间。结果观察组诊断率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组检查耗时短于对照组(P<0.05),检查后放射科停留时间短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组手术结果与影像学检测诊断符合率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论螺旋CT三维成像技术可更好的提高复杂颌面部骨折诊断率,同时缩短检查时间,提高检查效率。Objective To investigate the clinical value of spiral CT three-dimensional imaging in complex maxillofacial fractures.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with complicated maxillofacial fractures admitted from January 2015 to December 2017 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two group,each 75 cases.The control group underwent with routine CT scans.The observation group underwent with spiral CT three-dimensional imaging.Then the diagnostic rates of the two groups were compared and the time spent and the stay time of the radiology department after the examination of the two group were compared also.Results The diagnostic rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The time spent of the observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).The stay time of the radiology department was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).The coincidence rate of surgical results and imaging diagnosis of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Spiral CT three-dimensional imaging can improve the diagnostic rate of complex maxillofacial fractures and short the examination time,so it can improve the examination efficiency.
