摘 要:目的探究重型颅脑损伤患者HMGB1(血清高迁移率族蛋白B1)、IL-1(白细胞介素-1)、IL-6(白细胞介素-6)、S100B的水平变化及临床意义。方法选取2016年11月~2017年9月于我院就诊的80例重型颅脑损伤患者为观察组,另选取同期于我院体检的80例健康者为对照组,观察组于入院后24h内及病程内(1d、3d、5d、7d、14d),对照组于入院体检时,分别测定HMGB1、IL-1、IL-6、S100B蛋白水平。结果各时间段观察组HMGB1、IL-1、IL-6、S100B均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。28d时观察组病死率25%,死亡患者HMGB1、IL-1、IL-6、S100B一直呈上升趋势且均高于存活患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HMGB1、IL-1、IL-6、S100B较健康者升高,且病死患者HMGB1、IL-1、IL-6、S100B较存活患者均升高,HMGB1、IL-1、IL-6、S100B对重型颅脑损伤患者的预后有影响。Objective To explore the level changes and clinical significance of HMGB1,IL-1,IL-6 and S100B in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods Eighty cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients treated in our hospital from November 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the observation group,Eighty healthy cases at the same time physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group.The observation group at 24h after admission and in the course of 1,3,5,7,14d,the control group on admission examination when HMGB1,IL-1,IL-6,S100B protein levels were measured.Results The HMGB1,IL-1,IL-6,S100B of the observation group were higher than those of control group each time period(P<0.05).On the 28 day,the mortality of the observation group was 25%,the HMGB1,IL-1,IL-6 and S100B of the dead patients showed an upward trend and were higher than those of the surviving patients(P<0.05).Conclusion HMGB1,IL-1,IL-6 and S100B in patients with severe craniocerebral injury are higher than those of healthy persons,and HMGB1,IL-1,IL-6 and S100B of dead patients are all higher than those of survival patients.HMGB1,IL-1,IL-6 and HMGB1 have influence on prognosis of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.
