从东海撞船事故谈情境意识在船舶安全中的重要性

摘　　要：巴拿马籍油船"桑吉(M/T SANCHI)"轮与香港籍散货船"长峰水晶(M/V CF CRYSTAL)"轮在东海撞船事故显示出船舶驾驶员情境意识的高低对船舶的航行安全存在着重大影响。为加强船舶航行安全,有必要培养并提高船舶驾驶员的情境意识。The collision between the panama tanker M/T SANCHI and the Hong Kong bulk carrier M/V CF CRYSTAL in the east China sea shows that the degree of situational awareness of the ship's pilot has a significant impact on the safety of the ship's navigation.In order to enhance navigation safety,it is necessary to cultivate and improve the situational awareness of ship drivers.
