摘　　要：目的分析心理护理干预对牙周手术患者牙科焦虑症的影响。方法选取本院100例牙周手术患者,按照不同护理方式将其分为常规组及心理组,每组均为50例,常规组实施常规护理,心理组强化心理护理干预,对比两组患者的焦虑情绪、疼痛程度以及护理满意度。结果对比两组患者护理后的MDAS、VAS评分,心理组均低于常规组,差异显著(P<0.05);常规组的护理满意度是82.0%,心理组是96.0%,心理组高于常规组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预对牙周手术患者牙科焦虑症的影响较大,可有效缓解患者的焦虑心理及疼痛程度,且可提升护理满意度,值得推行。Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on dental anxiety in patients undergoing periodontal surgery.Methods 100 cases of periodontal surgery in our hospital were divided into routine group and psychological group according to different nursing methods,50 cases in each group.Routine nursing was carried out in the routine group,psychological group strengthened psychological nursing intervention,and the anxiety,pain degree and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Compared to the two groups of patients after nursing MDAS,VAS score,the psychological group were lower than the conventional group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction in the routine group was 82%,the psychological group was 96%,the psychological group was higher than the routine group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention has great influence on dental anxiety of the patients with periodontal surgery.It can effectively relieve the anxiety and pain degree of the patients,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.It is worth carrying out.
