摘  要:结合海外工程实践,介绍了预制方桩静压法施工工艺。针对海滩与低山丘陵过渡地带的复杂地质条件,分析施工过程中遇到的主要问题以及引孔技术辅助沉桩的效果,并介绍采取的质量控制措施。结合静载试验和高应变动力测试结果初步探讨压桩终压力与单桩抗压承载力之间的相互关系。研究结果表明:信息化施工,灵活设计桩段长度,合理安排压桩顺序,有效控制了截桩量,大大节约造价和工期。复杂地质条件下,终压力与单桩抗压承载力特征值有一定的关系,但不是很显著。Based on the practice of overseas engineering,the construction technology of jacked-in pile is introduced.The project is located in the transition zone of beach and hill.The main problem during construction and quality control measures are introduced and analyzed.Guide-hole technology is used and its effect is researched.The relationship between final pressure and compressive bearing capacity of single pile is investigated by static load test and PDA test.Results indicate that information-based construction,flexible design pile length,and reasonable arrangements for piling sequence can control the quantity of cut piles effectively,which can also save cost and duration.Under complex geological condition,there is no significant relationship between final pressure and compressive bearing capacity.
