摘  要:以聚氨酯(PU)为原料,制备了铅、镉人造皮革标准样品。采用微波消解-原子吸收光谱法进行均匀性和稳定性检验,结果表明,研制的标准样品均匀性好、稳定性高。采用8家实验室进行协作定值,标准样品中铅、镉含量定值为100.6 mg/kg和49.8 mg/kg。对定值结果的不确定度进行了评估,定值结果的相对扩展不确定度均小于3.8%(k=2)。The artificial leather reference material was developed with using polyurethane as raw material.The lead and cadmium content was confirmed by microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrometry,the homogeneity and stability testing were evaluated.The results showed that the homogeneity and stability of the reference material were fine.A cooperative certification was conducted by eight labs,the certified value of reference material of lead and cadmium content were 100.6 mg/kg and 49.8mg/kg.The relative expanded uncertainty of characteristic values was less than 3.8%(k=2).
