利伐沙班与华法林在超早期心房纤颤相关轻度缺血性卒中的疗效比较

摘　　要：比较利伐沙班与华法林在超早期心房纤颤相关轻度缺血性卒中患者疗效。选取2016年1月～2018年1月在笔者所在医院诊治的缺血性卒中患者,随机分为利伐沙班组43例和华法林组37例。2组治疗4周时磁共振成像比较所见的新的缺血性病灶或新的颅内出血病灶。2组患者疗效、新的缺血性损伤和新颅内出血均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。利伐沙班组住院时间与华法林组相比有所缩短(P<0.05)。利伐沙班可显著降低心房纤颤患者缺血性卒中和颅内出血风险,且与华法林安全性相近。To compare the efficacy of leaven Shaaban and Hua Falin in patients with early ischemic stroke associated with atrial fibrillation.From January 2016 to January 2018,the ischemic stroke patients in our hospital were randomly divided into 43 groups:the rivaroxaban group and the warfarin group,37 cases.The new ischemic lesion or new intracranial hemorrhage lesion were compared in the two groups at 4 weeks.There was no significant difference in the curative effect,the new ischemic injury and the new intracranial hemorrhage between the 2 groups(P>0.05).The hospitalization time of the rivaroxaban group was shorter than that of warfarin group(P<0.05).Rivaroxaban can significantly reduce ischemic stroke and intracranial bleeding in patients with atrial fibrillation,and is similar to the safety of warfarin.
