摘　　要：Rh阴性患者输血的问题较复杂,特殊情况又较多,涉及医学、伦理、法律法规、社会等多个方面。由于Rh阴性血液供应相对紧张、部分医护人员对Rh阴性患者输血知识了解不足和影视剧、大众媒体等对Rh阴性患者输血不够严谨科学地宣传,使社会民众、包括某些医务工作者认为Rh阴性患者输血必须输注Rh阴性血液(红细胞),甚至Rh阴性患者因输血抢救不及时而死亡,导致医患纠纷。本文将结合Rh血型的相关知识、我国的相关法律法规、特殊情况下紧急抢救输血推荐方案和其他医学文献等,探讨Rh阴性患者输血存在的问题、原因及应对之策。The problem of blood transfusion in Rh negative patients is more complicated,and the special situation is more,which involves many aspects such as medicine,ethics,laws and regulations,society and so on.Due to the relative tension of RH-negative blood supply,some medical staff have insufficient knowledge about the blood transfusion of RH-negative patients and the lack of rigorous scientific propaganda on the blood transfusion of Rh negative patients by TV dramas and mass media,making social people(including some medical workers)has the impression that patients with Rh negative blood transfusion must infusion Rh negative blood(RBC),Rh negative patients due to blood transfusions save less and sometimes even death,lead to medical disputes.This paper will be based on the relevant knowledge of Rh blood type,China's relevant laws and regulations,recommended scheme for blood transfusion of emergency rescue under special circumstances and other medical literature,discusses the problems existing in the patients with Rh negative blood transfusion,the reason and the solution.
