摘 要:针对超细研磨机应用广泛但对其试验台架研究甚少的现状,文章以某公司立式超细研磨机试验台架为研究对象,运用ANSYS仿真软件建立台架模型对台架进行动力学仿真分析,并运用激光多普勒测振技术进行台架试验从而对仿真结果进行验证;结合仿真结果与台架试验结果对研磨机调试过程中台架出现振动的原因进行了分析,得出台架振动是由于出现了共振;通过改进台架结构,并对改进的台架进行试验验证,解决了因台架振动导致的研磨机调试无法进行的问题。The ultra-fine grinding mill has been widely applied,but little research has been done so far on its test bench.In this paper,taking the test bench of the vertical ultra-fine grinding mill of a company as an example,the dynamics simulation of the bench is carried out based on the bench model built by ANSYS simulation software.The results of the simulation are verified by those of the bench test using the laser Doppler vibration measurement technique.The causes of the vibration of the bench during the debugging of the grinding mill are analyzed based on the simulation and test results.The results show that the bench vibrates due to the effect of resonance.Finally,the bench structure is improved and the test on the improved bench is performed.It is shown that the problem that the grinding mill can not be debugged due to the bench vibration is solved.
