摘 要:驼峰调车是利用车辆重力进行的溜放式调车作业,能显著提高调车效率,但是在驼峰下道岔区的车辆脱轨事故时有发生。本文设计了现场试验,测试了驼峰下6#道岔在干燥、湿润、轨顶摩擦控制3种工况下的横向力与垂向力,在此基础上分析了降雨及轨顶摩擦控制对驼峰下道岔区车辆脱轨系数的影响。结果表明:雨水和轨顶摩擦控制均可以显著降低驼峰下道岔区轮轨横向力和脱轨系数,对于空车,降雨后道岔区脱轨系数平均降低41%,采取轨顶摩擦控制后道岔区脱轨系数平均降低48%;尖轨区的轮轨横向力和脱轨系数显著大于道岔其他位置,在日常养修作业中应重点关注道岔尖轨区。Hump shunting is a type of rolling shunting operation using vechile weight and has high effciency in sorting railcars,but derailment accidents often happen at turnout area of hump yard.In this paper,a feld test was designed to measure lateral and vertical force of 6#turnout in hump yard,when the rail was respectively dry,wet or in state of top of rail(TOR)friction modifer.On this basis,the inf luences of rainwater and TOR friction modifer on derailment coeffcients at turnout area of hump yard were analyzed.The results show that both rainwater and TOR friction modifer can greatly reduce the wheel/rail lateral forces and derailment coeffcients.For empty car,when it rains and the rail is wet,the derailment coeffcients at turnout area are reduced by 41%,and when the rail is in state of TOR friction modifer,the derailment coeffcients at turnout area are reduced by 48%.The wheel/rail lateral forces and derailment coeffcients in point rail are much higher than that of other area of turnout,so daily maintenance work should focus on point rail.
