摘  要:气动外形对飞机非常重要。固定翼面与活动翼面的相对位置是评判活动翼面安装质量的根据。固定翼面与活动翼面的相对位置包括阶差和间隙等。本文描述了固定翼面与活动翼面间阶差测量的流程和方法。文中列出了几种常用的阶差测量方法,比如卡板法,直尺或样条法,线绳法等,并分析了几种方法的优点和缺点。对几种测量方法从现场使用的角度进行了对比分析,并在文中最后给出了如何选取合适的测量方法的建议,以达到指导生产的目的。Aerodynamic shape is very important to an aircraft.It depends on the relative position which includes the step difference and the gap between fixed surface and moveable surface to evaluate the installation of the moveable surface.The process and method of measuring the difference between the fixed surface and the moveable surface are described in this paper.This paper lists several commonly used differential measurement methods,such as pallets,ruler or spline method,string method,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several methods.Several measurement methods are compared and analyzed from the perspective of field application.And in the end,suggestions on how to select suitable measurement methods are given,so as to achieve the purpose of guiding production.
