摘　　要：目的总结颅内外伤性静脉窦损伤的手术治疗体会。方法对23例外伤性静脉窦损伤患者的临床表现及救治过程进行回顾性分析。结果 23例患者根据格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)法,恢复良好11例,中残3例,重残2例,死亡7例。结论颅内外伤性静脉窦损伤的手术治疗做好充分的术前评估及准备,术中控制大出血,可取得较满意的疗效。Objective To explore the causes and preventive measures of failed operation on intracranial venous sinus injury.Methods The clinical manifestations and treatment process of 23 cases with intracranial venous sinus injury were retrospectively analyzed.Results According to the Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS)scores,of the 23 cases,11 cases had a good recovery,3 cases had moderate disability,2 cases had severe disability and 7 cases died.Conclusion The operative treatment of intracranial venous sinus injury includes adequate preparation before operation and intraoperative control of massive hemorrhage which can achieve a satisfactory effect on intracranial venous sinus injury.
