摘　　要：为适应新时期高等人才培养需求,建设高水平国际一流学科,高校的研究生教学体系建设工作面临改革。"互联网+"技术的普及,带给管理者创新的教育理念与管理手段。本文简要分析了我国高校研究生教学体系发展现状,提出将综合素质纳入教师教学水平考核指标,建设以学生需求为核心导向的教育管理平台,并逐步形成研究生学习计划的自主化管理模式,利用"互联网+"技术特点和优势,能够有效实现改革目标,促进高校自身学科发展与教学软件水平的全面提升。In order to adapt to the needs of high-level talent training in the new era and build high-level international first-rate disciplines,the construction of postgraduate teaching systems in universities is facing reforms.The popularity of"Internet+"technology brings innovative educational ideas and management tools to managers.This paper briefly analyzes the current situation of the development of postgraduate education system in our country,puts forward the introduction of overall quality into the assessment indicators of teachers'teaching level,builds an education management platform centered on students'needs,and gradually forms an autonomous management model for postgraduate study plans,making use of the characteristics and advantages of"Internet+"technologies,in order to effectively achieve the goals of reform and promote the overall improvement of discipline development and teaching software of universities.
