摘　　要："校企协同"作为一种新型的人才培养模式,在具体实施过程中普遍存在"学校热、企业冷"现象。本文针对高等院校统计学专业对学生数据分析能力、实践操作能力要求高的特点,就统计学专业具体实践"校企协同"育人时如何避免"校企合作失灵"进行探讨并提出建议。As a new mode of talent training,"university-enterprise collaboration"has encountered the common problem that the university is enthusiastic but the enterprise is indifferent.In view of the high demand for students'data analysis ability and practical operation ability in the major of statistics,this paper discusses and puts forward some suggestions on how to avoid"university-enterprise cooperation failure"in the practice of"university-enterprise collaboration"in the major of statistics.
