摘  要:[目的]研究增施CO_2对温室番茄果实生长发育过程中糖分积累与代谢的影响,探究果实中糖分积累与代谢对增施不同浓度CO_2的生理响应,为进一步揭示CO_2加富下番茄糖代谢机理提供理论基础。[方法]本试验以‘兴海12号’番茄为试材,通过对整个生长发育期植株进行CO_2增施处理,使CO_2浓度分别维持在400±25(CK)、600±25(T1)、800±25(T2)和1 000±25(T3)μmol·mol-1四个水平,分析不同加富处理下各时期番茄果实中相关糖含量及蔗糖相关酶活性变化。[结果]CO_2加富处理后,各时期果实中可溶性糖含量均高于对照,淀粉含量大体上均低于对照,800±25μmol·mol-1处理下成熟期果实中葡萄糖和果糖较对照显著增加46%和42%。不同加富处理下,各时期果实中蔗糖相关酶活性较对照变化不同,除果实生长前两个时期酸性转化酶活性和成熟期蔗糖合成酶活性低于对照外,其它均高于对照。T3处理下合成类酶活性较对照显著增加;绿熟期和成熟期,T2和T3处理下酸性转化酶活性较对照增加显著。T2处理下中性转化酶活性较高。相关性分析表明,成熟期果实中还原糖的积累与蔗糖相关酶活性有关,主要与蔗糖合成酶和蔗糖转化酶显著相关。[结论]CO_2加富能够促进果实中淀粉的转化和还原糖的积累,较高浓度的CO_2能够促进果实生长前期合成类酶活性的增强和后期蔗糖转化酶活性的增强。800±25μmol·mol-1处理下成熟期果实中还原糖含量最高,这与该处理下转化酶活性较高有关。[Objective]Study on the effect of elevated CO 2 concentration on sugar accumulation and metabolic rate of tomato fruits in greenhouse during the process of growth and development and the physiological response of the accumulation and metabolism of sugar to different concentrations of CO 2,could provide theoretical basis for revealing sugar metabolic mechanism underlying the CO 2 enrichment.[Methods]The CO 2 concentration in greenhouse was maintained at four levels:CK(400±25μmol·mol^-1),T1(600±25μmol·mol^-1),T2(800±25μmol·mol^-1),and T3(1000±25μmol·mol^-1)during the whole growth period of tomato plants('Xinghai No.12').The contents of carbohydrates and activities of sucrose metabolism-related enzymes in developing fruits of different treatments were measured.[Results]The soluble sugar content of fruits in all T1,T2,and T3 treatments at all different growth stages was higher than that of CK group,while the starch content showed the opposed results.The glucose and fructose contents of fruits in T2 treatment at ripening stage were increased by 46%and 42%,respectively,compared to CK,and the activities of sucrose related enzymes in different treatments were various.The activities of acid invertase at the first two growth stages and sucrose synthase at ripening stage were significantly lower than that of control,while all rest of enzyme activities were enhanced.The activity of synthetic enzyme in T3 treatment was significantly induced,and the activity of acid invertase in both T2 and T3 treatments was significantly increased in green-ripening and ripening stages.Greater activity of neutral invertase was observed in T2 treatment.Statistical analysis indicated that the accumulation rate of reducing sugar was correlated to sucrose related enzyme activities in mature fruits,especially to sucrose synthetase and sucrose invertase.[Conclusion]CO 2 enrichment could promote the transformation of starch and the accumulation of reducing sugar in tomato fruit.Higher concentration of CO 2 could enhance the activity of sy
