摘　　要：通过对生物制剂厂房灌装区(关键操作区即核心区)单向层流、恒温室、静压差控制、有毒区人员生物安全设计等关键性问题进行分析,提出合理的技术方案,并对这些技术方案的合理性及适用性进行剖析,以期对后续设计提供帮助。Through the analysis of the key problems of the unidirectional laminar flow,the thermostatic room,the Static pressure difference and the biological safety design of toxic area personnel in the canning area of biological agent plant,the reasonable scheme is put forward,the rationality and applicability of these technical schemes are analyzed in order to help the follow﹣up design.
