摘　　要：中小微企业融资几乎是一个世界难题,而导致其融资困难的主要原因是中小微企业信用低。面对这一难题,广东省政府正在积极的构建中小微企业信用评级服务体系,希望通过整合政府各相关部门的资源来实现对中小微企业的信用评级,并试图通过评级,提高中小微企业的信用,减少信息不对称,进而促进银行对评级高的优质中小微企业给予贷款支持。但目前在整个信用服务体系建设过程中遇到了诸多的问题。The financing of the small and medium enterprises is almost a world problem,and the main reason for the financing difficulties is the low credit of small and medium enterprises.Facing this problem,the Guangdong provincial government is actively building a credit rating service system for the small and medium enterprises,hoping to realize the credit rating of small and medium enterprises by integrating the resources of the relevant government departments,and trying to improve credit rating of small and medium enterprises,reduce information asymmetry and promote banks to lend loans to high-quality small and medium enterprises with high ratings.But many problems has been encountered in the process of the credit service system.Those problems will be analyzed in this paper and the countermeasures and suggestions will be put forward,to improve the credit rating ser原vice system,effectively promote the construction of the credit rating service system for the small and medium enterprises.
