摘  要:针对我国麦茬夏花生播种时麦茬留茬高、秸秆覆盖量大的问题,以实现麦茬夏花生的灭茬旋耕起垄覆膜复合机械化播种为目标,探索了一种麦茬夏花生高产机械化生产新模式,提出了该模式的种植方式、植株配置模式和栽培方式。针对这种种植模式设计了2BHQFJ-4型麦茬夏花生灭茬起垄覆膜播种机,该播种机将灭茬旋耕和起垄播种功能进行了集成,前端对麦茬地进行灭茬和旋耕,后端进行起垄、播种、覆膜的播种作业,将花生播种的麦茬处理和起垄播种的作业工序一次性完成,减少进地次数,提高作业效率,大大节省了作业成本。田间试验表明,该花生播种机工作性能稳定,各部件作业顺畅,各项作业指标均符合国家相关标准的要求。Aiming at the problem of stubble and straw mulching during planting of summer peanut,the aim of this paper was to study the new planting pattern with high yield of summer peanut,and the planting pattern,plant configuraion pattern and cultivation mode of the model were put forward.This method was used to design the 2BHQFJ-4 summer peanut stubble mulching planting combined machine.The planter integrates stubble turning and mulching planting functions.The front of the machine is for stubble and rotary tillage,followed by ridging,sowing and mulching.It can be a complete peanut planter of wheat stubble treatment and ridge sowing.The planter can reduce the number of times entering the field,improve operating efficiency,and save operating costs significantly.Field experiments showed that the peanut planter complied with the relevant characterization of the country.
