摘　　要：柱塞泵的配流副是影响液压泵性能的一个重要运动副,特别是配流盘的结构,严重影响泵的脉动特性、空化与气蚀、噪声等方面。所以,基于AMESim软件,建立了轴向柱塞泵模型,并对配流盘进行设计优化与模拟分析,分析比较配流盘的阻尼槽槽口形状对柱塞泵性能,特别是对流量倒灌现象的影响。The allocating pair of plunger pump is an important kinematic pair influencing the performance of hydraulic pumps,which,especially the structure of its valve plate,seriously affects the characteristics of pump pulsation,cavitation and corrosion,and noise.Based on the AMESim software,the model of the piston pump is established,the structure of the valve plate optimized,simulated and analyzed.The influence of the shape of the damping slot on the performance of the plunger pump,especially on the backflow phenomenon,is analyzed and compared.
