摘 要:汽车滑移门铰链对滑移门的保持和平稳滑动开启起着关键作用,在车型开发中,对滑移门铰链的结构性能进行有效的试验和验证显得至关重要。本文探讨和总结了移门铰链主要结构性能的试验方法和试验步骤,包括结构刚度、系统SLAM耐久、滚轮轴承外推力等试验,提到的方法为滑移门铰链的性能开发提供直接有效的物理验证手段。试验结果可作为铰链开发工程认可的依据。Sliding door hinges are key parts for supporting and stably opening vehicle siding door.The combination structure performance of siding hinges must be tested amply and validated effectively,which is the most important for development of vehicle and siding door system.The test method and process of sliding hinges are researched and summarized,including hinge stiffness test,slam test,pulley wheel axle force test.Practical test process is provided for sliding hinges development as more effective reference and project approval basis.
