摘　　要：基于PC-NC的新型数控系统使用工控PC机和嵌入式数控系统主机通过AUT抗干扰弱实时协议连接通讯,有机融合了传统的工控PC机(IPC-based)数控系统和专用嵌入式数控系统两者的优点,同时能够保证基于PC-NC数控系统内部数据传输的实时性、稳定性和可靠性。基于PC-NC的新型数控系统已经完成全面贯通验证,并形成产品开始应用于实际自动化生产加工控制,使用新的技术模式构筑了中高档数控系统快速深度定制的技术平台,具备推广应用价值。The new CNC system based on PC-NC researched in this paper Using the industrial control PC machine and the embedded CNC system host,connected by the AUT anti-interference weak real-time protocol communication,it organically integrates the advantages of both the traditional IPC-based CNC system and the embedded CNC system.At the same time,it can guarantee the real time,stability and reliability of internal data transmission of CNC based on PC-NC.
