摘　　要：介绍了以STM32单片机为核心的板式臭氧发生器数字电源闭环控制系统,硬件方便包括PWM驱动电路、故障保护电路、模拟信号调理电路、存储电路、通信电路、人机界面、供电电源电路。软件方面主要介绍了基于RT_TRHEAD操作系统功率闭环控制的实现、MODBUS通讯协议实现与上位机的通信、I2C接口程序读写存储器。控制电路能够很好地驱动和保护臭氧发生器,满足实际生产要求,并且运行稳定可靠。The closed-loop control system of plate type ozone generator digital power supply based on STM32 single-chip computer is introduced in this paper.The hardware includes PWM drive circuit,fault protection circuit,analog signal conditioning circuit,storage circuit,communication circuit,human-machine interface and power supply circuit.This paper introduces the realization of power closed-loop control based on RT_TRHEAD operating system,MODBUS communication protocol to achieve communication with the host computer,and I2C interface program read-write memory.
