摘　　要：目的了解南宁市献血人群中登革热病毒(DENV)的感染状况,评估登革热病毒对南宁市血液安全的影响。方法从南宁中心血站的不同采血点中随机选择1 712例经过健康征询合格及血液初筛检测合格的献血者,抽取5~6mL静脉血于乙二胺四乙酸抗凝管中。酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清中的DENV NS1抗原、IgM抗体和IgG抗体。结果 DENV NS1抗原、IgM抗体、IgG抗体的阳性率分别是1.1%(18/1 712)、0.2%(4/1 712)、7.1%(121/1 712),其中NS1抗原和IgM抗体及NS1抗原和IgG抗体的双重阳性率均是0.1%(1/1 712)。IgM与性别之间的关系差异有统计学意义(P=0.028),男性IgM阳性率更高;IgG与年龄之间的关系差异有统计学意义(P=0.045),30岁以上的人群IgG阳性率更高。结论南宁市献血者中既有曾经受DENV感染者也有正在受感染者,应当重视DENV对血液安全性的影响,适时调整献血者的血液筛查策略。Objective To understand the infection situation of Dengue virus(DENV)among blood donors in Nanning City and to evaluate the impact of DENV on the blood safety in Nanning City.Methods A total of 1 712 blood donors were randomly selected from different blood collection points of the Nanning Municipal Blood Center,who were qualified by the health consultation and blood preliminary screening.5?6 mL of venous blood was collected in the EDTA anticoagulation tube.Serum DENV NSI antigen,IgM antibody and IgG antibody were detected by using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results The positive rates of DENV NS1 antigen,IgM and IgG antibodies were 1.1%(18/1 712),0.2%(4/1 712)and 7.1%(121/1 712),respectively,in which the dual positive rates of NS1 antigen and IgM antibody,and NS1 antigen and IgG antibody were both 0.1%(1/1 712).IgM antibody had statistical difference between sexes(P=0.028);the positive rate of IgM in males was higher;IgG had statistical difference among different ages(P=0.045),the group aged over 30 years old had higher IgM positive rate.Conclusion Among blood donors in Nanning City,there are DENV infected persons and some persons are being infected by DENV too.So the attention should be paid to the impact of DENV on blood safety,and the blood screening strategy on blood donors should be timely adjusted.
