摘 要:为解决接触式三坐标测量机检测航空发动机叶片效率低下的问题,探索更加高效、准确的检测手段,采用白光光学测头对航空发动机叶片型面进行测量对比实验,对各截面的叶型轮廓度参数进行评价,得出测量结果。分析各种误差因素对测量结果的影响,对白光光学测头检测叶片叶型轮廓度的测量不确定度进行评定。与此同时,将同一叶片的白光光学测头测量结果与接触式三坐标测量机测量结果进行对比分析,验证白光光学测头应用于航空发动机叶片型面检测中的准确性。实验结果表明白光光学测头测量航空发动机叶片型面既能保证叶片型面测量精度,又能提高叶片测量工作效率。In order to solve the problem of low efficiency in the aero-engine blades measurement by contact coordinate measuring machine,more efficient and accurate measuring methods are needed.The author conducted a experiment in which the optical probe method was used to measure the blades as a contrast group.Parameters of different blade profiles were assessed.The influence of various error factors on the measurement results was analyzed and the uncertainty of the blade profile measurement in optical probe method was evaluated and compared with the measurement results of contact coordinate measuring machine.In this way,the accuracy of the optical probe method was verified.The experimental results show that measuring the aeroengine blade profile with optical probe is not only accurate but also efficient.
