摘 要:针对超声肿瘤治疗头声场中易出现的非线性现象,开展基于近场测量法的超声肿瘤治疗头非线性声场测量研究。搭建测量系统,使用单个探针水听器对非线性声场中被测位置前后两个相距很近的平行面进行声压扫描测量,得到两个平面上的声压数据后,通过对两组声压数据的互谱运算,得到被测位置上的声强和声功率。对3个位置进行声场测量,测量数据显示,3个位置上声功率的一致性误差小于5%;同一位置上声功率的重复性误差小于2%。与辐射力天平法进行比对实验,3个位置上声功率的相对误差皆小于5%。结果表明,近场互谱法适用于非线性声场的测量,且能够获得声压、声强和声功率3个声学参数,可以全面地评价超声肿瘤治疗头的性能。Aiming at the nonlinear phenomena of the ultrasound treatment transducer sound field,a nonlinear acoustic field measurement of ultrasound treatment transducer based on near-field measurement method is carried out.The measurement system is set up.A single-probe hydrophone is used to conduct scanning measurement of the sound pressure on two closely spaced parallel planes within the measured position in the nonlinear sound field.In this way,the sound pressure data on two planes is obtained.The sound intensity and the sound power of the measured position are obtained by the cross spectrum operation of the two groups of sound pressure data.The sound field of three positions is measured.The measurement data show that the sound power consistency error of the three positions is less than 5%,and the repeatability error of the same position is less than 2%.By comparing with the radiation force balance method,the relative errors of three positions are all calculated to be less than 5%.The results show that the near-field cross spectrum method is suitable for nonlinear sound field measurement.It can also obtain three acoustic parameters,including sound pressure,sound intensity and power,which can be used to evaluate the performance of ultrasound treatment transducer comprehensively.
