摘  要:无刷励磁同步发电机主要由同步发电机、交流励磁机和旋转整流器同轴组装,交流励磁机电枢电流无需电刷传导。交流励磁机是无刷同步发电机励磁系统的主要部分,旋转整流器是无刷同步发电机的关键部件。在大容量无刷同步发电机运行时,无刷励磁系统的旋转整流器随同发电机转子一起旋转,旋转整流器在强离心力作用下会出现故障。该文针对六相无刷励磁系统的旋转整流器在正常运行和一臂开路故障情况时的电枢电流进行谐波分析,并与三相无刷励磁系统进行比较,获取六相无刷励磁系统的故障特征,为大容量无刷同步发电机的旋转整流器故障诊断提供一定的理论依据。Brushless excitation synchronous generator is mainly composed of synchronous generator,AC exciter and rotary rectifier coaxially,and AC exciter armature current does not need to be conducted by the brush.AC exciter is the main part of brushless synchronous generator excitation system and the rotary rectifier is the key component of brushless synchronous generator.When large-capacity brushless synchronous generator is operating,rotating rectifier of brushless excitation system rotates with the generator rotor together,and the rotating rectifier is faulted under a strong centrifugal force.Based on the harmonic analysis for armature current of rotating rectifier of six-phase brushless excitation system in normal operation and one arm open circuit fault and comparison with the three-phase brushless excitation system,fault characteristics of the six phase brushless excitation system are obtained,which can provide theoretical basis for fault diagnosis of rotating rectifier of large-capacity brushless synchronous generator.
