摘 要:为研究关键检测参数与检测灵敏度的关系,以45号钢板为试验对象,采用磁导率检测技术建立激励频率、激励电压幅值、激励线圈匝数、检测线圈匝数及线圈绕线截面积与检测灵敏度的关系模型,并对设计传感器的检测灵敏度进行试验验证。研究结果表明:检测灵敏度随正弦交流激励电压及检测线圈匝数的增加而升高,均呈线性关系,并且最佳频率保持不变;在一定激励线圈匝数范围内,检测灵敏度随激励线圈匝数的增加先升高后下降;检测灵敏度随激励线圈绕线截面积的增加而升高,而不随检测线圈绕线截面积的变化而变化。该研究成果可为灵敏传感器的设计提供借鉴。In order to study the relationship between the key detection parameters and the detection sensitivity,45#steel plate is taken as the test object,and the relationship model is established between excitation frequency,excitation voltage amplitude,excitation coil turns,detection coil turns and coil winding crosssectional area and detection sensitivity based on magnetic permeability testing technology and the test sensitivity of the design sensor is also tested.The results show that the detection sensitivity increases along with the sinusoidal AC excitation voltage and the number of turns of the detection coil,which shows a linear relationship and the optimal frequency remains unchanged;the detection sensitivity increases first and then decreases with the increase of the turns of the excitation coil within a certain range of turns of the excitation coil;the detection sensitivity increases with the increase of the winding cross-sectional area of the excitation coil,but it does not change with the cross-sectional area of the detection coil.The study results can provide reference for the design of sensitive sensors.
