摘　　要：在调查和试验的基础上,分析了云南省广南县珍稀濒危植物蒜头果资源的现状及其在保护和开发利用中遇到的资源匮乏、种群数量少且消失速度快、种子自然传播萌芽困难、种群自然更新能力差、人工良种基地化栽培尚未取得突破性进展、产业前期基础薄弱、可持续开发利用困难等瓶颈。因此,提出建立自然保护小区、种质资源收集圃,开展良种选育工作;建立种苗快繁育体系,开展原生地回归种植,扩大种群数量;突破人工良种化基地建设瓶颈,建立标准化生产基地;全产业链合理规划布局等建议。⑴Background--Malania oleifera is a rare and endangered monophyletic single ancient plant in China with a small number of population and a rapid rate of disappearance.In recent years,new breakthroughs have been made in the development and utilization of Malania oleifera in medicine,health products,and spices.These products with a extremely high economic value,and the market demand is large.As a result,the market purchase price of Malania oleifera has increased year by year;the human man-made destruction to the wild Malania oleifera has been further exacerbated;and the contradiction between resource protection and development and utilization is becoming increasingly prominent.⑵Methods--On the basis of past research,investigations and production practices,the relevant literature was consulted.Combined with the current development status of Malania oleifera industry,the important links in the development of Malania oleifera industry were investigated to comprehensively analyze the main problems and constraints in the development of Malania oleifera industry,and propose countermeasures and development ideas for the existing problems and constraints.⑶Results--The investigation and research found that:there are some difficulties and key constraints in the process of the conservation and industrialization of the rare and endangered Malania oleifera resource,which are mainly manifested in:①The number of population is drastically reduced;the natural regeneration capacity is poor;and the number of wild Malania oleifera in Guangnan County was sharply reduced from 38,706 strains in 2000 to 7,941 strains,of which only 1,249 were natural regeneration seedlings.②The development and utilization of resource are scarce and man-made destruction phenomenon exists.In recent years,along with the rising value of the development and utilization of Malania oleifera,the purchase price of Malania oleifera has also increased year by year.③It is difficult for seeds to germinate by their natural spread,and artificial cultivation ha
