摘　　要：国家利益是地缘政治经济活动的出发点和归宿。两极格局结束后,国家追求地缘利益的方式实现了从地缘政治向地缘经济的转变。作为主要的地缘经济战略手段,跨国经济合作在追求地缘利益方面有其局限性,表现在对政治利益和地缘安全关注不足。该文在回顾地缘经济相关研究成果的基础上,提出了地缘产业的概念,指出其特征和使命,并据此设计了"地缘产业—经济合作—经济控制—地缘利益"追求国家利益的路径;从运行机制、产业选择、空间组织、地缘环境分析、风险评估预警和政策支持系统等方面讨论了地缘产业的主要研究内容,指出地缘产业有重要的研究价值,并分别讨论了中国针对周边国家设置地缘产业的类型,为完善地缘经济理论以及国家制定更加科学的地缘战略提供参考。What the geo-political and geo-economic activities pursue is national geo-interests.With the cold war broke up,the means to get geo-interests have transferred from geo-political way to geo-economic one.As an important geo-economic means,transnational economic cooperation is cried up by most geo-economists.However,this means has shortcoming because it puts too much attention for pursuing economic interests and ignores other parts of geo-interests,such as political interests and geo-security.So,the conception of geo-industry is proposed to improve geo-economic theory and enhance geo-economic practice,and geo-industry is regarded as a kind of ideal tool to perform national geo-strategy.To get stable and long term geo-interests,the mission of geo-industry is not only to conduct transnational economic cooperation but also to control some opposing economic fields through economic cooperation.Accordingly,a route chart--"geo-industry-economic cooperation-economic control-geo-interests",is designed in this paper for pursuing national interests.The paper explains the reason why geo-industry:a valuable research field in geo-economic from the aspect of important theoretical and practical significance,complex operational mechanism and various influencing factors.And finally,six aspects of research contents about geo-industry,including operational mechanism,industry selection,spatial organization,geo-setting analysis,risk assessment and policy supporting system are proposed so as to be discussed by geo-economists,which is helpful to develop geo-economic theory and to make a better geo-strategy.
