摘  要:实施创新驱动发展战略的核心在于科技创新。河南省有色金属地矿局不断完善以各类科技创新载体平台为支撑的科技创新体系,加快建设行业性科技创新高地,以科技创新助推地勘业转型升级。对未来地勘业科技创新的几点建议:(1)围绕"三深一土"科技战略,不断完善科技创新体系;(2)选准科技攻关方向,促进科技与地矿经济发展深度融合;(3)完善人才激励机制,打造一支过硬的科技创新团队。The core of pursuing an innovation-driven development strategy depends on technological innovations.Henan Province Nonferrous Metals Geological Mineral Resources Bureau have steadily developed science and technology innovation systems capitalizing on the supporting provided by various technology innovation carrier platform;and accelerated their efforts to build industrial science and technology innovation highland with a view to promote the transformation and upgrading of geological prospecting industry.On this basis,this paper proposes some specific methods for future scientific and technological innovation in geological exploration industry.These are:working constantly to improve science and technology innovation systems centering on the science and technology strategy of deep earth,deep sea,and deep space exploration,as well as land engineering technology;making clear the orientation of tackling key problems in science and technology so as to promote the deep integration of science and technology and the economic development of geological and mineral economic development;improving talent's incentive mechanism to build a strong technology innovation team.
