摘 要:船舶在拖带与系泊作业中,会对其支撑结构产生较大的力。当作业工况较恶劣时,如果支撑结构强度不够时,容易导致船体结构破坏,甚至船舶因此而发生遇险事故。文章依据系泊设备布置的优化原则对一艘全压式远洋LPG运输船的系泊设备进行优化布置,然后采用有限元法对本船首部、中部和尾部的支撑结构进行强度计算分析,并结合计算结果和局部结构加强理论对结构局部加强进行讨论分析。计算结果表明,系泊设备经过布置优化后,其支撑结构强度更容易达到规范要求。In the process of towing and mooring,the shipboard out-fittings and supporting structures are subjected to great loads.When the strength of the supporting structure is not enough,it will easily lead to structures destruction or even ship distress accident under the bad working condition.Based on the optimization principle,the paper optimizes the mooring equipment arrangement of a full-pressure ocean-going LPG carrier.The supporting structure strength of the ship's fore part,mid part and aft part with finite element method is calculated and analyzed.The ways of local structure strengthening in combination with the calculation results and the strengthening theory are discussed and analyzed.The calculation results show that the supporting structure strength of the towing and mooring equipment is easier to meet the requirements of the rules after the arrangement optimization.
