基于Web of Science的水飞蓟素研究文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的探索水飞蓟素相关研究的发展现状,以期为水飞蓟素的研究提供信息支持。方法基于Web of Science文献数据平台,对2007-2017年间水飞蓟素出版物的载文特征、来源期刊、来源国家/地区、来源机构和研究方向进行研究。结果共检出4511篇文献,通过文献计量分析显示,英国的Food and Chemical Toxicology(《食品与化学品毒理学》)杂志发表水飞蓟素相关研究的文章数量最多;水飞蓟素研究主要分布在中国、印度和美国,美国的科罗拉多大学和北卡罗来那大学、捷克共和国科学院是水飞蓟素相关研究文献数量最多的3个机构。目前水飞蓟素主要研究方向为药理学、生物化学与分子生物学、胃肠病学与肝脏病学。结论十年来,水飞蓟素的研究越来越引起人们的关注,中国、印度和美国是国际上水飞蓟素研究领域的主导力量,水飞蓟素的保肝作用研究为研究热点。Objective To explore the development status of silymarin related research;To provide information support for the research on silymarin.Methods Based on the Web of Science database platform,characteristics of publications,resource journals,resource countries/regions,resource institutions and research directions about silymarin from 2007 to 2017 were under study.Results 4511 articles were obtained.Bibliometric analysis showed that Food and Chemical Toxicology published the largest number of articles about silymarin related research.Research on silymarin were mainly in China,India and USA.University of Colorado,University of North Carolina and Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic were the three institutions with the largest number of articles about silymarin.Pharmacology pharmacy,biochemistry molecular biology,gastroenterology and hepatology were the leading research directions about silymarin recently.Conclusion Research on silymarin has increasingly attracted public concern over the last decade.China,India and USA are the leading forces in the research field of silymarin.Research on the hepatoprotective effect of silymarin is the research hotspot.
