摘  要:在批量喷涂某型号消防车时,车身漆膜出现大面积缩孔,且问题顽固,造成多次返工。经初步排查,未发现导致缩孔的根本原因,涂装生产一时陷入困镜。进一步深入分析,发现缩孔多集中出现在车身相对固定部位,这些部位表面残留有粘接铝板所用的硅酮中性结构胶体,通过加大表面清洁力度,后续生产车型换用新的聚氨酯结构胶后,漆膜缩孔得到根本解决。A large area of shrinkage cavity on the surface of film during spraying process for a type of fire engine.This film defect often occurs and results in quality problem.The reason of the film defect can not found via initial inspection and has affected the productivity.A further examination is carried out to reveal that the shrinkage cavity mainly occurs at the similar areas wherein there is silicone colloid residue for aluminum plate.Further cleaning is made for these areas and polyurethane colloid is used to effectively solve the film defect.
