摘  要:R444B是最近几年出现的新型制冷剂,其ODP、GWP值分别为0和295。本文对其热物理性质进行了理论分析,并在焓差实验室中,依据测试标准,对比测试了R444B和R22充注于T3气候环境的窗式空调器中的制冷能力,并进行可靠性试验运行。试验结果表明:在能力为3.5 k W的窗式空调器中,R444B的最佳充注量为560 g,是R22充注量的82.3%,可靠性实验合格。R444B is a new type of refrigerant in recent years,its ODP and GWP value are 0 and 295.In this paper,its thermal physical properties in the windows air conditioning system were analyzed and calculated theoretically.Then the cooling capacity of R444B and R22 charged in the window type air conditioner under T3 environment condition was tested in the enthalpy difference lab,and the operation of reliability test was carried on,the experimental test results showed that the optimum charge quantity of R444B in the window air conditioner of 3.5 kW was 560 g,which is the 82.3%charge quantity of R22,its reliability test was qualified.
