摘　　要：随着高考教育改革的不断推进,位于少数民族聚集地以外的地方高校少数民族大学生数量日益增多,由于少数民族大学生自身的特殊性,如何进行行之有效的管理是相关高校必须面对的课题。丽水学院作为华东地区唯一设立民族学院的地方高校,在少数民族大学生管理上积极探索"分散教学-集中管理"模式。这一模式的实践有利于少数民族大学生更好地适应大学生活、促进其专业学习和素质的双线提升以及有针对性地搭建教育平台和组建管理团队。With the continuous reform in college entrance examinations,there is an increasing number of students of ethnic minorities in local universities away from the traditional agglomerations of the ethnic minorities.How to implement effective and efficient management based on these students’characteristics is a challenge the related universities are faced with.Lishui University,as the only local university in East China that has a faculty for ethnic minorities actively explores the decentralized teaching within the framework of centralized management intended for these students.The implementation of the model of management is conducive to these students.It helps them better adapt to their college life and facilitates their learning and the improvement of both their qualities.
